– Camp Zest evolving retreat development concept with
natural building as its cornerstone. Working with natural
materials - like clay, straw and sand - Camp Zest owner-builders
will build their cottages by hand. Once the initial elements
are developed, guests can
watch and participate in creating additional artistic features, which can be
enjoyed for many years to come. Our goal is to help build skills
and thinking to create a more sustainable future.
A Place for Love
– Camp Zest will be a romantic
retreat featuring natural cottages built by hand surrounded by
gardens and water features. Each cottage is designed for
privacy and comfort.

–Whether you are a first time guest or
a long-time investor, you will be a part of a unique community. You will
find opportunities to exchange ideas and learn from others as well
as having others learn from you.

Recreate
– Camp Zest will have many opportunities for
re-creation of your mind, body and spirit. You will be able to enjoy walks
through the gardens, swimming in the natural pools, cleansing
yourself in the sweat lodge or soaking yourself in a hot tub.

Good Food and Drink
– Camp Zest will offer a variety
of cuisines from around the world but using mostly local produce and
foods. Meals will be created on site and
are made of all natural ingredients. Dinner will be served family style
to provide an engaging atmosphere. A Place to Walk Softly on the Environment - Camp Zest will be in-sync with the environment. Each retreat will be carefully planned and built to fit in to the natural environment and enhance the natural beauty of the land. Materials used to build these retreats will emphasis natural materialswith low embodied energies. Camp Zest retreats will be extremely energy-efficient featuring both high and low-tech methods for minimizing its impact on the environment.
